of the base telephone package, the
Centre's professional staff greets
callers during normal business hours and
screens your calls as you direct.
Individualized 24-hr Voice Mail - Companies
may choose both individual and company
voice mailboxes. Messages may be
retrieved 24-hours a day from any
touch-tone phone.
Offsite call transferring - Your
calls can be transferred to your car,
mobile phone, home, or wherever you may
be.
"800" number capability -
Unlike many executive office centers,
the Park Plaza Executive Center does not
charge for dialing outgoing
"800" numbers, keeping them
"toll free." Additionally, our
sophisticated telecom system enables
customized "800" numbers to be
assigned to Centre customers for a
nominal monthly charge.
Video conferencing - As simple as
dialing the telephone and as realistic
as watching a feature film, the
Centre's video conferencing system
is universally compatible with any video
conferencing unit worldwide.
Additionally, our multi-port hub enables
group training sessions. Use of the
video conferencing unit includes
reservation of a fully equipped
conference room and setup. Catering is available.

High Speed Internet - Features
unlimited bandwidth over redundant
technologies (copper, fiber and wireless
connectivity) and public IP addresses,
enabling dynamic remote access to your
Centre office from any connection.
Automated back-up services - Daily,
weekly or monthly back up of files with
off-site storage and file-retrieval.

connectivity and additional
