TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Personalized answering - This is a complimentary service, and the Centre's professional staff answers all phone calls with a personalized greeting for each company during normal business hours. We also screening all incoming calls for you, and then direct calls based on your specific instructions.
Individualized 24-hr Voice Mail - Companies may choose both individual and company voice mailboxes. Messages may be retrieved 24-hours a day from any touch-tone phone.
Offsite call transferring - Your calls can be transferred to your car, mobile phone, home, or wherever you may be.
"800" number capability - Unlike many executive office centers, the Park Plaza Executive Center does not charge for dialing outgoing "800" numbers, keeping them "toll free." Additionally, our sophisticated telecom system enables customized "800" numbers to be assigned to Centre customers for a nominal monthly charge.
Video conferencing - As simple as dialing the telephone and as realistic as watching a feature film, the Centre's High Definition Video Conferencing system is universally compatible with any video conferencing unit worldwide. Additionally, our multi-port hub enables group training sessions. Use of the video conferencing unit includes reservation of a fully equipped conference room and setup. Catering is also available upon request.

High Speed Internet - features unlimited bandwidth that is secure, reliable and offers synchronous upload/download speeds. The internet also includes built-in redundancy, which means we utilize 2 separate Internet service providers to ensure reliability.
Unified Messaging - listen to your voice mail messages 24/7 from anywhere using your email account or smart phone.
IT Consultation - In-house IT consultant to aid in setup of LAN connectivity and additional technological solutions.
